Shift schedules
Visits built around a rotation, not a nine-to-five
For people on rotating shifts, night work, on-call weeks or two jobs, whose free hours change from one month to the next.
When you write, tell us your roster. Meghan books your next few visits against it, in the evening, on Saturday morning or on Sunday by video. When your roster changes, you tell us and we move the visit.

How we book around you
- 01
You send a roster
A photo of it is fine. We read it, we do not keep a copy longer than we need to.
- 02
We offer a stretch
Meghan offers the open slots for the next few visits, lined up with your days off.
- 03
The roster changes
Write or call and we move the visit, with 24 hours’ notice where you can.
- 04
Weeks you cannot come
A short Sunday follow-up from home can bridge a hard week.
What this is not
Our hours are fixed, and we cannot see you in the middle of the night. We are not an urgent service. If you need care outside our hours, call or text 988 for a crisis, or 911 for an emergency.
Visits follow your roster and your plan, and Cedric says at each one when he would like to see you next.
How it is paid
A moved visit costs the same as the original one, and a late change is covered in your written estimate.
Three questions about shift work
What if my roster changes every week?
Tell us each time you know. We offer whichever of our slots is closest, and a Sunday follow-up from home can fill a gap.
Do you work nights?
No. Our latest visit ends at 9 p.m. on weekdays, and the first Saturday slot starts at 7 a.m., which is why night staff come straight from a shift.
Will my employer know?
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We do not contact an employer unless you ask us to in writing.
