What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached and your message. We ask you to leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

This site

This site follows no one around the web and has no chat window and no online scheduler. Intake forms and booking are on our own portal, which has its own privacy notice.

How to ask for removal

Write to hello@secondshiftpsychiatry.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
