Follow-up visits
Short visits, booked ahead, on your schedule
For people who have had a first evaluation and need a regular check on how the plan is working.
A follow-up is about 20 minutes. Cedric asks how the weeks went, what changed in your sleep and shifts, and whether anything about your plan should change. He changes one thing at a time and tells you what to watch for.

How a follow-up runs
- 01
Booked at the end of the last visit
Before you leave, the next visit goes on the calendar, around your roster.
- 02
A reminder, the day before
You get a text or a call, by the method you picked.
- 03
The visit
About 20 minutes, in the office or by video, with a few minutes kept for your questions.
- 04
Between visits
Write to the office with a question. It is read on business days and is not a way to reach us in a crisis.
What this is not
A follow-up is not a long conversation about everything, and it is not the place for something urgent. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. If you need more time, we book a longer follow-up.
How often you come depends on you and on what you take. We do not promise a number of visits.
How it is paid
A follow-up is priced by its length, not by the hour you come in. The fee is in your written estimate.
Three questions about follow-ups
Can I move a visit after a schedule change?
Yes. Call or write as soon as you know, and give us 24 hours where you can.
What if I need to talk between visits?
Write to the office on a business day. For anything urgent, call or text 988.
Can I switch to video?
For follow-ups, yes, on Sunday evenings, if you are in Oklahoma at the time of the visit.
Need a follow-up slot?
Write to us with your next two weeks of shifts.
